Apartments Grand Marina, Saigon was officially launched last weekend and received positive feedback from Hong Kong investors, during the event organized by Asia Bankers Club.

South China Morning Post posted the new articles with the title: “Vietnam to host Marriott’s largest branded residence project as investors bet on Southeast Asian nation’s stellar growth”. According to this article, Marriott International is making a foray into Vietnam’s branded residence segment, first project is Grand Marina, Saigon.

The success of Grand Marina, Saigon, launch at Hong Kong is a milestone for Vietnam – a new product, beside well-known commodities like rice, coffee etc. has been added to the “export” list: branded apartment.

Marriott International’s entry to Vietnam branded residences sector has put the country on the map and into international investors’ radar.
